Crosta
Authentic Neapolitan pizzeria with wood-fired oven
Authentic Neapolitan pizza with 72h dough in wood-fired oven
Crosta makes Neapolitan pizza in the true VPN sense — dough fermented 48-72h with natural levain and Italian Caputo flour, baked 90 seconds at 480°C in a beech-wood oven from the Codru forest. The classic Margherita (San Marzano DOP, fior di latte mozzarella, basil, extra-virgin olive oil) is the benchmark, but creative combinations (porchetta with rocket, mortadella with pistachio, prosciutto crudo with burrata, wild mushrooms with truffle) also impress. Beyond pizza: antipasti (caprese, vitello tonnato, prosciutto board) and homemade dolci (tiramisu, panna cotta). Italian wine list + Aperol Spritz. Two rooms (warm interior with exposed brick + quiet terrace), fair pricing, jovial atmosphere.

“A great place to have a breakfast/lunch at. Had amazing “syrniki” cheesecakes here. Amazing coffee, nice atmosphere.”
“An average place (unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the prices). In my experience when you charge more, you expect a high standard from staff, amazing atmosphere and impeccable service. Sadly, it’s far from it. The management has to implement some rules, otherwise everything will I’ll go down the hill. As my friend and I entered, we have approached the main pastry disp…”
