Pensiunea MUZE
Pension-manor with art gallery and creative workshops
Pension-gallery stay + creative workshops + modern Bessarabian dinner
MUZE Pension is the unique concept opened by the Plămădeală family in Vorniceni village (Strășeni district) — a 7-room pension combined with a contemporary Moldovan art gallery (200+ pieces on the walls: paintings, sculpture, ceramics, artisan textiles by local artists). The space hosts short creative workshops for guests: painting on wood, ceramic modelling, traditional carpet weaving on a loom, pie workshop with hosts. The 30-seat restaurant serves revived Bessarabian cuisine (zeamă with sour-cream foam, deconstructed mămăligă with cheese and walnut, sous-vide lamb with Fetească reduction). The yard includes a vine-pergola terrace, bonfire, traditional well and small ethnographic museum.

“This place is stunning — from the service and location to the food and views. The village feels almost deserted, with only a few local residents remaining. There’s a beautiful hiking trail and routes for biking.”
“Excellent location. Great service! Food from local ladies all organic and very tasty. Big rooms with all necessary service. With restaurant. Nice yard. Big cottage between rural houses(in my opinion excellent contrast to feel the vibe of local people and place). Acceptable price. Thank you!”
“very authentic place, it might miss some national aspects in its architecture but it's totally compensated by people working there and a small museum. all food we have ordered was good 👍”
- Forest road for the last km
- Weak signal in some yard spots
- No à-la-carte restaurant — meals on order only
